Give it some 'Aer'
Jun 30, 2008 #340
Built in Canada, the AerWay soil aeration and tillage machine is said to be equally effective at improving the condition of grass or arable ground, and it can also be used to apply slurry. Basic configuration is either a single or double rotor onto which are fitted a series of tined stars, with each of the stars having a ‘slight twist’. Depending on application, the rotor can be angled in 2° increments from 0° to 15° using pins. Price is £6,500 for the pictured 3m unit; the full Aerway range extends from a working width of 1.8m up to 12m.
