Amazone has announced a ‘Speed Spraying’ package for its UX range of trailed sprayers, which can provide up to 530 litres/min capacity for fertiliser spraying. The system links the agitation and spraying pumps to either increase output or provide for faster forward spraying speeds via a second spray line on the boom. An application rate of 350 litres/ha at 16km/hr can be achieved with a 36m wide boom, or a rate of 700 litres/ha at 8km/hr.
