Tractor test: Fendt Xylon 524

Not only is its name unconventional, the Xylon is altogether a different tractor. At first glance it seems to be nothing but all cab and wheels. It is, however, the only systems tractor that provides two load platforms and two linkages to carry implements or tanks. For an accurate assessment of how the Xylon performs we tested it at the DLG institute and in the field. Text by Manfred Neunaber, photos by Stefan Tovornik
