Horizon Agricultural Machinery has expanded its MDSX mounted no-till drill range with 7.5m, 8.0m and 9.0m models. All three are designed for high-output, low-disturbance drilling.
Joining the existing mounted 3.0m rigid and 4.0, 5.0m and 6.0m folding versions, the new three-section folding widths are said to combine the performance of the firm’s larger trailed drills with the agility of a mounted platform.
Flagged up as a lightweight, high output, non-disturbance drills which can operate in challenging conditions, all three are equipped with the Gen 3 DSX row unit and configurable with 22cm and 25cm row spacings.
Compatible with a FT2200 front hopper as well as rear mounted hoppers and liquid tanks, or third-party options, they can also be fitted with liquid and granular fertiliser applicators.
Power requirement is 25hp/m and the new widths are available now for autumn 2025 delivery.
