This year marks the 50th anniversary of Martin Lishman in the agricultural sector. The family-run business was founded in 1975.

The journey began with the development of the Pile-Dry Pedestals, a cost-effective method to cool stored grain at a time when ventilation systems were non-existent.

This laid the foundation for a company that manufactures and distributes a wide range of equipment, with an emphasis on crop storage and quality monitoring, potato and fruit quality control, and precision tools.

The product portfolio includes temperature monitoring systems, ATV and tractor mounted sprayers, soil sampling test kits and Barn Owl wireless grain storage management system.

The Bourne-based company was managed by Gavin and Carol Lishman until August 2022, and is now owned and managed by Joel and Emilia Capper. Martin Lishman exports its products to over 52 countries.
