Pöttinger says that its Liquido F front silage additive tank is suitable for a wide variety of loader wagons and balers.
There are two versions: the F 2000 and F 3000. Application rate of the F 2000 is from 40 to 245l/hr, while two additional nozzles allow the F 3000 to achieve rates of up to 470l/hr.
Positioned between the pick-up and the rotor, the nozzle header applies additive directly to the silage. A digital flowmeter measures the application rate in l/hr. This is adjustable using the +10%/-10% button.
The flowmeter regulates the application rate automatically on the F 3000, switching off the two additional nozzles when the pick-up is raised. An additional option on this model controls the application rate according to forward speed.
As well as the main 200l tank (other sixes up to 400l are available), there are fresh water and hand washing tanks, and the Liquido F 3000 has an integrated cleaning nozzle. There is a tank level indicator and toolbox. Work lights and storage rollers are optional.
The Liquido F can also be used as a front bumper and front weight. Width is adjustable from 2.55 to 2.85m.
