Horsch has revamped its Focus strip-till drill with a new 5,000-litre plastic tank with a 60:40 split for seed and fertiliser.
You can also add the 400-litre MiniDrill for handling a third product as shown on the drawbar of the pictured machine. Discs positioned ahead of the soil loosening legs are also on the options list for the first time and these can be retrofitted to earlier Focus drills.
On the Focus 3, which has the coulters mounted on a three-point at the rear, this has been closer coupled to the tyre packer. The plug and play electrics have also been better integrated.
Focus model numbering has been given further clarity, so it includes the tine spacing, for instance the 6.30 TD F, (6.0m wide, 30cm spacing) with the mentioned models with the rear three-point linkage having an F for flexible in their moniker.
