The Claas Arion 6.190 is the first of fresh-faced range that will be phased in alongside the 6.140 and 6.160 which will be coming later in 2026. These will be offered alongside the equivalent Arion 610, 630 and 660 for the foreseeable, but the new models will only be available with the CVT stepless transmission and with a high spec that include things like front pto and guidance ready.

The most noticeable difference is the new bonnet which shares a family look with the Axion 9 which is also getting its public debut at Agritechnica 2025. The hardware is more or less the same, DPS six-cylinder engine and Claas own transmission, even the cab is largely the same. There is a new Isri seat.
The power boost is now called Dynamic Power and has a linear increase when there is a load on the air-conditioning and pto and for the first time the hydraulics too. The extra power is also available on a stationary tractor for slurry mixing and other power demanding jobs. A reversible fan is also on the cards in the future.

There are a couple of other details changes such as the stabilisers having a quick pin reposition for Cat III to IIIN. There is also a light that shines down onto the step area. Car Play is also part of the package, although this has been available on the Arion for a while now.
The 6.190 is expected to start production late spring with the first units landing in the UK from late May. Initial numbers will be limited.
