Chinese precision farming firm CHC Nav has unveiled an array of new precision at Agritechnica from sprayer controllers to new auto steer systems.
The 610 (10-inch screen) and 612 (12-in) on the auto steer system is set to replace the 510. Apart from the screen size, we are told there is no difference between the 610 and 612 functionality. The screens are ISObus ready and can also be used for section control. The receiver supports RTK connection. The steering wheel and motor has also been updated compared to that used on the 510 so it is more comfortable to use.
Speaking of steering, CHC Nav has also developed an implement steering system by adding a second antenna to the machine. The IS100 can tell the tractor if the seed drill for instance is starting to crab and needs the tractors steering be corrected to maintain even bouts.

It was also previewing a row-finding camera system which is not expected until 2027. This is being developed to use with mechanical weeding systems.
