Caernarfon-based Menai Tractors has taken on the Vicon franchise across North Wales and Anglesey.
The appointment gives the business access to grass machinery that compliments its New Holland tractor franchise. With 14 staff and six technicians on the road, Menai Tractors will handle sales, service and support for new and existing Vicon customers.
“Vicon is a well-established premium brand with a strong reputation, and its extensive product range is going to be a great fit with the existing brands we already sell,” explained Robert Jones, managing director of the family-run dealership.
The product range includes a comprehensive choice of mowers from plain disc mounted models up to 10m-wide, mower-conditioner butterfly combinations; single, twin and four-rotor rakes from 3.5m up to 15m; tedders up to 15.6m wide; fixed and variable chamber round balers; mounted and trailed bale wrappers; plus, precision farming equipment including Tellus universal terminals.
