The design philosophy of the new Agri Nova is rooted in a sophisticated multi-angle lug design. This engineered configuration addresses the dual-purpose nature of modern farming by utilising three distinct lug angles that deliver strong grip in the field while improving driving comfort during haulage. By increasing the number of overlapping lugs in the centre section, the tyre reduces vibration and “lug shuffling” on the road, contributing to a longer service life and a smoother ride for the operator.
Productivity in the field is further supported by an advanced self-cleaning design. The Agri Nova features dual tie bars and integrated mud breakers on the lug face and centre area. Smooth cavity contours help eject soil efficiently, maintaining consistent traction and reducing downtime in wet field conditions.
Soil health remains a critical parameter for any professional operator. The tyre’s square profile and wider tread width create a broader footprint, helping to lower soil compaction and optimise contact pressure distribution. With increased tread mass, the new Agri Nova offers enhanced traction and load-handling capabilities across varied conditions.
Aesthetically, the tyre features a robust stance with size markings directly on the lugs for easy identification. The sidewall incorporates three dedicated spaces to clearly showcase the brand, pattern, and size.
This launch represents one of Alliance’s most extensive R-1 tyre rollouts to date, boasting a comprehensive portfolio of 60 sizes and 111 individual SKUs. Spanning rim diameters from 12 to 42 inches, the range covers both 2WD and MFWA tractors.
