The Traxor is a new tractor brand for the Argentine market. Spanning 50-260hp, all 10 models are made in China.
The result of a strategic alliance between MB Maquinarias and Ombú, two established players in Argentina’s agricultural equipment sector, the tractors are supplied by Chinese manufacturer Dafeng Machinery.
Said to meet the needs of local farmers seeking reliable, mechanically simple and affordable 4wd tractors adapted to Argentine field conditions, the 10-model range kicks off with the Yandong four-cylinder powered TRX50 (50hp) and TRX80 (80hp).

The TRX90 (90hp), TRX105 (105hp) and TRX 130 (130hp) have YTO four-pot blocks. Yuchai engines power the six-cylinder 150-260hp (TRX150, TRX180, TRX200, TRX220 and TRX260) models.
The immediate focus of the two partners is to set up a 40-strong dealer network to cover the country. While currently only available for the domestic market, there is future potential for regional expansion into other South American countries.
