The Condor 02 trailed direct drill will make its UK appearance at Cereals. Bringing the firm’s narrow ConTeC coulter system into a more compact and manageable chassis, available in 8.0m and 9.0m working widths, a key new feature is the addition of a rear harrow system.
This improves seedbed finish and extends the drill’s versatility, making it equally suited to both direct drilling and min-till systems. The result, says Amazone, is more consistent seed coverage, improved germination and higher forward speeds.
With its triple split hopper, precise metering system and individual row shut-off via the MultiSwitch segmented distribution head, the Condor 02 is ideally suited to farms looking to maximise output while maintaining establishment accuracy.
Numerous other Amazone machines heading to Cereals include the 9.0m Cirrus Grand trailed cultivator drill, ZA-TS 4201 fertiliser spreader with AutoSpread and 6.0m TopCut mounted knife roller cultivator.
There will also be a UX trailed sprayer with AmaSelect (enables individual nozzle control, automatically adjusting application rate, droplet size and forward speed) and a UF mounted sprayer with ContourControl boom guidance system.
