Higher load capacity, less soil compaction and increased road comfort are some of the claimed benefits by BKT for its Agrimax Proharvest tyre for combines and other harvesters.
VF (Very High Flexion) technology allows the new tyre to carry 40% more load compared to standard versions with the same inflation pressure.
The reinforced polyester casing combined with three layers of steel belts is said to provide good puncture resistance (even on stubbles) and CFO (Cyclic Field Operation) technology allows it to handle the extra weight when the grain tank or root crop bunker is nearly full to reduce stress and wear.
The open shoulder design improves traction on rough and wet land and is said to provide good self-cleaning properties. Also claimed to offer good road handling and comfort, the Agrimax Proharvest VF/CFO is available in three sizes; 900/60R32, 800/70R32 and 1000/55R32.
