Multidrive had both Stage IIIA Deere-powered and new Stage IV Cummins-powered versions of its M-series skid unit on display at Cereals. As well as being cleaner, the 225hp Cummins motor is said to have 17% more power, 20% more torque and be 8% more fuel efficient than its predecessor. The next development will be to put the Stage IV Cummins engine in the forward control version of the Multidrive skid unit.
