Deutz-Fahr UK has expanded its network with the appointment of Battlefield Machinery as a dealer in Shropshire.

Described as a strategic response to evolving customer demand, it enables Battlefield, which is also a Kubota dealer, to now offer tractors exceeding 300hp to large-scale farming operations in the area.

“We are proud and delighted to announce we are adding Deutz-Fahr to our current line-up of manufacturers (includes Kverneland Implements, Vicon sprayers, Marshall Trailers, McConnell, Pichon and Browns Engineering) across our trading area,” comments Richard Evans, managing director of Battlefield Machinery.

“With the average tractor size in our patch now at 180hp, the huge range of Deutz-Fahr tractors up to 336 horses gives us the ability to deal with many of our existing and new customers, where we have been short of specification previously,” adds Mr Evans.

Battlefield will offer the full range of Deutz-Fahr tractors, alongside comprehensive parts, service, and technical support. “Customers can expect the same trusted levels of support from our parts and service teams as with everything we sell.”

Graham Barnwell, UK country manager for Deutz-Fahr, says that Battlefield Machinery’s reputation for outstanding customer service, technical expertise, and proactive support is exactly what the company looks for in a partner. “This collaboration significantly strengthens our presence in a key agricultural region and assures customers of professional support when they invest in our machines.”

The Deutz-Fahr product line will be on display at LAMMA this week where the 340hp 8 Series tractor previewed at Agritechnica will be available for inspection. If you are not heading to the NEC in Birmingham then the Deutz-Fahr range will be on show for the local community at a Battlefield Machinery open day on February 18 at the depot in Shrewsbury.
