Two of Merlo’s most popular compact telehandlers – the TF27.6 and TF30.7 – will take centre stage at LAMMA 2026. There will also be a TF35.7 CS 140 in a bespoke livery, and the SM30, the first Merlo telehandler, will be on the stand.

With a 3.5t lift capacity and 7m lift height, the bespoke TF35.7 CS 140 is powered by a 136hp Deutz Stage V engine and will be equipped with advanced load-sensing hydraulics and cab suspension. Farmers needing even more lift and reach will be able to explore the TF45.11T CS CVT HF – a high-capacity handler with a lift height of 11m.

Other Merlo machines heading to the NEC include the 136hp Deutz Stage V powered MF34.7 (3.4t/7m). Combining telehandler functionality with tractor capabilities, this multi-functional machine comes with a rear three-point linkage, 540/1000rpm PTO and a hydraulic pick-up hitch.

Aimed at mixed farms, contractors, and anyone seeking a true multi-purpose machine, the MultiFarmer 44.9 CS CVT telehandler/tractor hybrid will also be on the stand. Powered by a 170hp FPT Stage V engine, it combines a PTO, three-point rear linkage and hydraulic pick-up hitch with telehandler capability.

The 100% electric eWorker (2.5t/5m) will also be at LAMMA as will two models from the compact Cingo tracked carrier range: the 500DM, with a narrow width of 690mm, and the M12.3 EVO Handler 400. This model transforms into an ultra-compact telehandler with a lift capacity and height of 400kg and 3.4m, respectively.

The SM30 opened the door for specialised Merlo models like the Panoramic series in 1987, and the Roto range in 1991, followed later by dedicated agricultural variants such as the TurboFarmer in 1996 and MultiFarmer in 2000.

It is 45 years since the SM30, Merlo’s first telehandler, made its public debut at the Paris Agricultural Show in 1981. To mark the occasion there will be an original SM30 on the stand.
