The radar-based turn assistant concept developed by Forvia Hella is designed to increase safety for both tractor drivers and other road users, especially when turning left.
Integrated within the mirror, magnet-free rotation angle sensors detect following or overtaking vehicles from a distance of up to 80m.
Previewed at the Bauma construction show earlier this year, the technology will be available for inspection at Agritechnica and on sale in Europe from the second half of 2026.
