Kverneland UK had its doubts about hitching up a current ISObus-controlled 40m3 10040R silage wagon to a 47-year-old John Deere 6030, but the combination proved a big hit — and a vocal one —at Grassland UK yesterday, undoubtedly pulling more punters onto the KV stand. Truck dealer Geoff Garrett owns the pictured 220hp 6030, plus another one like it, and, after KV requested the loan, all the firm had to do was fit a suitable modern wiring harness.
