The New Zealand manufacturer keeps things simple with a choice of only three- or five section switching with manual valve controls or a straightforward electronic control box. Strangely, although the latter is ISObus compatible, there is no option for forward speed-related rate control.
Price for a 900-litre Applic8r with 8.0m manual fold boom is £8,500 while an 1,150-litre 12m hydraulic fold version rises to £14,000. Front tanks of similar capacities can double the spray rig’s carrying capacity.
