DNL from the Netherlands say the Macks range of wheel loaders may be built in China, but it has been developed in Germany. It has order six machines for testing over the coming months to ensure the product is right for them.
The first of these machines was on show at Agritechnica and includes the WL20T and what it expects to be the more popular WL18. The latter 2.9m, 1.5t lift machine can be had with a ROPS frame or fully glazed, air-conditioned cab and it has both versions arriving for testing.

Sticking with the WL18 for the moment, it uses a three-cylinder, 43hp Yanmar engine and Bosch Rexroth hydraulics. The two speed transmission has a top speed of 30km/hr. Price wise this is expected to be in the €30,000 to €40,000 bracket depending on the specification.
The Macks WL20T is a bigger machine with a telescopic boom that reaches 5.8m to the pivot pin. Tipping loaded at full steering lock is 2.79t and the hydraulic system is rated at 100l/min. This uses a Kubota four-cylinder engine delivering 72hp and again relies on Bosch Rexroth for the oily bits. There is no guide price on these just yet.
DNL already sells the Sany excavators in Holland but has its roots in ag as a Deutz-Fahr dealer.
