With a rated output of 507hp, the 760 is the new flagship in the Claas Trion 700 series. The Trion 750 also gains a few more horses.
Completing the line up in the medium power segment for next season, the Trion 760 is powered by a 12.4-litre MAN engine. The same block develops a rated output of 466hp (was 435hp) in the Trion 750. The grain tank on the 760 holds 13,500 litres (750 remains at 12,000 litres).
Coming from the Lexion, the horizontal cooling package in both combines is said to result in fuel savings of up to 10 percent, and on the road, the two combines travel at a top speed of 30km/hr at 1,600rpm.
Both machines use the APS twin hybrid threshing unit. The other three Trion 700 (720, 730 and 740) models continue to use the single hybrid threshing unit. The Trion 760 will be offered with wheels or Terra Tracs. The rest of the Trion 700 series can be specified as wheel, Terra Trac or Montana variants.
New options for all three Trion (500, 600 and 700) ranges for next season include AppleCar Play and Android Auto radio with DAB+ incl. optional subwoofer and Bluetooth.
A compressed air connection with a blow gun is also available for cleaning the controls and cab floor. There is new interior lighting, and additional storage compartments in the left-hand B pillar.
