A pneumatic distribution system is the most notable update to the latest range of Pöttinger Flexcare V mechanical hoes for the 2026 season.
The most notable is the pneumatic distribution system, which allows the precision hoe to be used with a front hopper, and the new optional trailing tine is said to tease weeds out of the ground and leave then on the surface with minimum soil disturbance.
Other new options include the carbide coated Durastar Plus duck foot shares. These are said to increase penetration in hard soils and significantly extend replacement intervals.
The Flexcare V is available in three widths of 4.7m, 6.2m and 9.2m. Power requirements are from 80-150hp. All three models fold to a transport width of 3.0m.
