Vredo, the Dutch manufacturer of self-propelled slurry machines, injectors and grassland equipment, has been acquired by investment company Apicem.

Supported by Apicem’s capital investment and strategic guidance, the new Vredo management team, which includes members of the third generation of the De Vree family, will focus on continued growth, product development and international expansion.

“Vredo is a remarkable Dutch family business with a rich history, strong reputation, and advanced technological craftsmanship,” says Jean-Marie Wijman, managing partner at Dutch firm Apicem.

“Our ambition is to build upon the strong foundations laid by the De Vree family and to further position Vredo as an international market leader within its segment.”
