Vervaet is spending around €6 million on a new paint and powder coating facility at its Dutch site in Biervliet.

Expected to be fully operational by April 2027, the new paint shop will be equipped with an automated powder coating system, facilities for wet painting large components and dedicated areas for professional finishing.

Allowing a larger part of the coating process to be carried out under controlled conditions inside its own production facilities, automation will not only ensure more consistent quality, but will also reduce manual labour and improve overall production flow.
