Quicke is introuding its next generation of on-board weighing with the the launch of Q-Companion 2.0. One of the biggest changes in is that it no longer needs implement calibration – attach the bucket or fork, tare the system and start weighing straight away.
The live weight readings are procuded at any loader position, meaning there is no need to lift through a specific weighing cycle to get an accurate result. This helps to speed up repetitive loading tasks rather than having to constantly readjust the arms to gain a weight reading.
Quicke mobile app
Through a Bluetooth connection, Q‑Companion 2.0 links data to the Quicke Mobile App which allows the driver to see live weights directly on their phone. This is particularly useful if using the loader to fill hoppers or feeders while outside the tractor. All recorded activities can be exported as PDF files directly from the App, making it easy to document material handling, feed mixing or loading tasks. Files can be sent by email or printed via Bluetooth which can help massively with farm administration tasks.
Availability
Q‑Companion 2.0 is available as a factory fitted option. A dealer installed retro fit kit is under preparation and will allow for the upgrade of existing Q series loaders. The system is compatible with all Quicke loader control systems and when paired with QE command, extra smart features are available.
