It is not just tractors and self-propelled harvesters where safety can be improved by fitting 360º cameras. It is still at the prototype stage, but Dutch-firm Peecon is developing a system for use on mixer wagons. Called Bird View, as an early indication four safety cameras (one at the front and rear and one on each side), and an in-cab screen are expected to cost around €1,500.
