With a capacity from 2,200 to 2,400l, the Progress TF from Sky Agriculture is claimed as the first front hopper capable of managing up to four hoppers, all controlled through a single ISObus interface.

Allowing the simultaneous management of four different products, distributed through two independent air circuits, flow rate from the pressurized pneumatic circuit (hoppers are not pressurized) is up to 60kg/min, and the wide opening cover is said to simplify filling and maintenance.

Road safety played an important role during the development. The resulting sloping cover maximizes the operator’s view to the front, and two side cameras increase visibility at road junctions.

The single attachment point to the tractor is also new. As well as keeping things simple, it maintains a constant angle between the TF and the side pipe. Fitted with numerous work lights as standard, options include a twin-wheel front packer, and the Progress TF can also be equipped with the French firm’s EDrive system.

This allows in-cab control of the opening and closing of each row, for simplified and universal tramlining management, regardless of sprayer width. It is also possible to seed every other row. Additionally, with the new CCI console paired with a guidance system, automatic tramlining is possible.

Compatible with all Sky Agriculture seed drills, the new front hopper can also be paired with the Methys cultivator, and the distribution head can be used with a single-seed drill or a hoe.
