Despite the potential for some deliveries to have been delayed due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the AEA reckons this year’s number of new tractor registrations in the UK follows the typical seasonal pattern.

Showing a large month-on-month increase last month, which is normally the peak month, the 1,763 new tractors registered in March 2020 were only 4.2% lower than the same month in 2019.

The 2,815 (over 50hp) registrations in the UK for the first three months of this year was down 7.7% on the opening quarter of 2019.
