The new AS3000 Series from Agrispread is designed to deliver wider spreading widths, higher application rates per hectare and faster working speeds.
Its rear twin hydraulic folding conveyor feed twin disc spreader can achieve increased spread widths of up to 48m for urea, over 52m for mineral granular fertilisers and up to 30m for drier flowable limes, gypsum, basalt, sand, organic fertilisers and bulk products.
Initially it will be available in three model sizes – the AS3120 single axle in 11.9 or 13.7m³ capacities, and tandem axle 17m³ AS3150T and 21m³ AS3220T.
The outer disc and conveyor are 3.05m from centre, engineered for high ground clearance; the disc height of 850mm is for crop clearance, rough terrain/conditions and achieving maximum spread width for a given product type.
Specification includes a tandem hydraulic piston pump system to achieve the required oil flow/min required to meet the application rates at wider spread widths and forward speeds and ISObus. Manual folding out wing deflectors for additional wind protection and a new sprung drawbar design are standard. A model from the new range will be at LAMMA.
