The Nexat gantry has set a new world record harvesting 637.76t of soybeans from 158.16ha in eight hours.
Breaking the previous record by 150t, the successful event took place in Brazil, with a Nexco harvesting module and a 15.2m FD250 MacDon FlexDraper header.

Operating at an average speed of 13.6km/hr, average throughput was 79.72t/hr. Fuel consumption was 7.5l/ha, moisture content was 14% and losses were <0.5%.
“When we started developing the Nexco in 2019, I would not have thought it possible that we would set a world record just seven years later,” comments Nexat’s Klemens Kalverkamp.
Supervised by RankBrasil, the successful record-breaking event took place at Agro Basso Group farm in the Brazilian state of Bahia.
