REPORT: As well as big-scale agriculture there are plenty of other intriguing things to see for those prepared to head off the beaten track in Australia … such as the Silo Art Trail.

In the second instalment of our report on farming in Australia we will introduce you to interesting businesses such as those run by Scott and Leigh Somers as well as Tim and Daniel Bell. While one farm produces oat hay for Arabia on a large scale, the second farm has integrated several flocks of Merino sheep to complement its cereal cropping. This is exclusively dryland, with no-till being the main way to establish crops. Then there is the Silo Art Trail, the largest outdoor art gallery in Australia and the Great Ocean Road with its coastal landscape in the south of the continent. Join us on our tour, both here and on the profi DVD.
