Following our profi driving impression on the new Schuitemaker forage wagon in the 12/2020 issue, we put the Rapide under the test microscope from late autumn … and then on to first-cut grass this year

The Rapide from the Dutch machinery maker Schuitemaker, which has been part of the SV Group with Veenhuis for two years now, is pretty much the only forage wagon to use a trailing pick-up … and it has been for several years. That doesn’t change on the new 1000 series, but it’s now even wider, measuring 1.92m tine-to-tine or 2.00m if going with the DIN stat.
