Following its acquisition by ZC Rubber in 2022 and increased spending on R & D, Tianli has been able to expand its agri tyre offering.
European sales director, Mark Turner, says it is not just new products that is being developed for Tianli. On-site production of carbon black is currently in being built alongside a larger warehouse. He adds that Tanli is one of the largest dedicated manufacturer of off-highway tyres globally and the largest in Asia.
Its Agri King range of VF tractor tyres has been on the market for a couple of years now. “But we want to offer a full front to back VF option so we are adding the Trailer King range,” adds Mr Turner.
On show at Agritechnica was the first size in this range, 600/50 R22.5 but it will soon be joined by the 560/60 R22.5. By the end of Q2 next year the full range should be available. It has a wider lug design than the radial Ride King implement tyres to help reduce tyre noise at lower pressures that the VF is capable of. Price wise, Mr Turner said they will be on a par with other Tier 2 manufacturers.
