Israeli mixer manufacturer RMH will unveil the Nexus, a fully electric and autonomous feeding robot at the French Innov Space show in September.

Capable of performing all the operations traditionally carried out by a self-propelled mixer wagon, it loads, weighs, mixes, and distributes feed.

Run time of the 48kWh battery pack is around 2.5 to 3 hours, and the patented battery pack replacement system is said to reduce the time it takes to swap batteries takes just a few minutes.

Equipped with 4wd and 4ws as standard, the 6m³ tub is filled by a milling arm with dry matter sensor. The Nexus navigates with RTK, and a Lidar sensor detects obstacles. The firm says that no specific infrastructure is required for installation.
