First and foremost, Horsch AgroVation Knežmost is a normal farming business, and it has to be managed profitably, says Constantin Horsch, who has been running the business in the Czech Republic with his brother Lucas since 2017. The Horsch family bought the farm at Knežmost, 70km north-east of Prague in 2012.
