Claas has worked with Liebherr to develop a telescopic boom for the 738 T Sinus loader. As far as the UK and Ireland are concerned, this could well be the most relevant model in the Torion line-up
The Sinus series is positioned between small and mid-range Torion shovels. The Sinus steering combines the 30° turn angle of the pivot-steer chassis with 25° on the steered rear axle utilising an Ackermann system. This feature was on the Torion 956 Sinus practical test machine that appeared back in the 4/2021 issue
