Kubota will launch its M7003 Series tractors at Agritechnica in November, with the first tractors on sale early 2020.

Power to the three-model range comes from a Stage V 6.1-litre four-pot in-house developed engine, which produces 130hp, 150hp and 170hp at 1900rpm, with an additional 5hp-20hp power boost.

The new block uses EGR, SCR and DPF technology to meet engine emissions regs, and the DPF has an extended cleaning interval from 3,000 hours to 6,000 hours.

There is no change in the transmissions department and the three models continue to be available with the KVT (continuously variable) or powershift. Xpress restart, a new feature on powershift models, allows the driver to stop the tractor using the brakes (without depressing the clutch pedal).

Other features include Tractor Implement Management System (TIM) technology, and a new system (Multi Speed Steering Control) allows the number of turns of the steering wheel to be programmed (three different settings) for field work.

Automatic air conditioning, electric heated mirrors and an extended light package are all on the options list.
