Members of the Yamaha Grizzly ATV family have long been favourites of the profi test team.First there was the 600 model in 1998, which was subsequently joined by the 660 in 2002 to help keep Yamaha at the top end of the utility ATV power tree. Next came the still current Grizzly 700 of late 2006, which introduced power steering and fuel injection. Since then the Grizzly moniker has been attached to the full range of machines, including a small 125cc unit, that would have formerly carried Kodiak, Big Bear and Bruin labels. Among the Yamaha utility ATV line-up, Grizzly models now include a nominal 22hp 350cc, a 26hp 450cc and the 45hp 700 flagship.
