The 4000 and 8000 series Fastrac also make the move to Stage V and there have been a number of other tweaks.

On the 8000 the front suspension is now a similar hydraulic set-up as the 4000 and sees an increase in load capacities to 9.0t on the front and 11t on the back axle.

Meanwhile all 4000s get beefier axles with hydraulically engaged diff locks. Rated axle capacities on these is 8.0t front and 10t rear with a full GVW of 14.5t resulting in a payload of around 5.5t depending on kerb weight.

More VF tyres options are now in the price list from Michelin, Mitas and BKT. Another subtle tweak is the engine idles at 850rpm giving a more responsive uptake in power compared to the two stage approach previously employed.
