A survey of members of Climmar, the European agricultural machinery equipment dealer association, puts Fendt back at the top of the dealer satisfaction index. Dealers rate their main agricultural equipment suppliers over various subject areas, including brand image and external representation, sales support for tractors and spare parts, and service and warranty. Points are also awarded for the dealer/supplier relationship, development of the product range, financing and anti-theft protection. The British Agricultural and Garden Machinery Association (BAGMA) is one of Climmar’s 16 national agricultural machinery dealer association members. When lumped together the 16 represent nearly 17,000 dealers.
