More than 1,200 different items are stocked at the newly commissioned parts centre at Grimme’s Rieste site in Germany.
With modern logistics and warehousing systems, the company says that order-picking efficiency has increased by 40% and delivery speed by 20%.

Located in a former 2024-built E-bike factory, Grimme acquired the site in 2025. With 6,700m² of workshop space and 1,700m² of office and staff facilities, 60 staff work at the new site.
Located on the A1 motorway, the company says it will improve parts supply to more than 400 sales and service partners, as well as to over 30 of its own global sites. An express pick-up area enables customers to collect parts ordered in advance via dealers.
The space freed up by moving spare parts from the main plant in Damme will in the future be dedicated to supplying materials for production and manufacturing.
The commissioning of the new site follows the recent opening of the firm’s new used machinery centre at Riest:
