The one-millionth tractor was recently driven off the assembly line at Massey Ferguson’s French plant in Beauvais. The milestone tractor, an 8S.305 Dyna-VT, is destined for a French arable farmer and contractor.

The first Massey tractor made in Beauvais in November 1960 was an MF825. Nowadays, the facility, which covers 54ha and is located to the north of Paris, can produce and ship up to 100 tractors a day with 80% exported in more than 70 countries.

Current models produced at the plant include the 4700M, 5700M, 5S, 6S, 7S, 8S and 8700S, covering outputs from 75 to 405hp.
