The latest version of the mounted Teres 300 reversible plough can work both in-furrow or on-land.
Available with five or six furrows, and designed for tractors up to 300hp, switching between the two modes is done from the cab via the parallelogram adjustment centre. Furrow width and the front furrow are also hydraulically adjusted.
The furrow width of many wide working ploughs has to be reduced before turning to increase ground clearance, says Amazone. Not with the Teres, which swivels out via the front furrow cylinder before the turning process begins.
Overload protection is provided either by a shearbolt or hydraulic cylinders, and the Teres 300 Onland retains AutoAdapt automatic front furrow adjustment system and the SpeedBlade plough body.
